A sai is a metal trident. This month we will be working on the techniques,
kata, and partner exercises of the sai!!!

Feel
free to wear an International Martial Arts or Zen Bei Butoku-Kai International
T-Shirt to classes!!!! Be sure to have a proper uniform for Blue, Purple,
& Brown Belt Exams.

Romanelli’s International Martial Arts Black Belt Extravaganza 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Come watch as the Black Belts in our school put on a demonstration of all of the different arts we teach in our school & more!!! We will also feature the promotion of nine new Black Belts!!! This is definitely the place to be!!! Held at L’Anse Creuse Middle School - North. Tickets are available at the front desk!!!
