BBC Weapon of the Month is the Jo
A jo is a four foot staff first used to defend against the sword. We will
spend this month learning some basics, kata, and partner exercises with
the jo.
All of August

Feel free to wear an International Martial Arts or Zen Bei Butoku-Kai
International T-Shirt to classes!!!! Be sure to have a proper uniform
for Blue, Purple, & Brown Belt Exams.
